Caitlin started her yoga journey in her late teens. As a nature lover and someone who marches to the beat of her own drum, she found yoga organically within her community. She has experienced yoga retreats and workshops throughout Canada, Costa Rica and Thailand, then travelled to India to complete her 200HR YTT in early 2020. She called India home for 3 years, learning, studying and playing with teachers and students alike, covering yogic philosophy, breathwork and alignment.

Her teaching style is thoughtful, inviting and accessible. She believes creating a safe and accepting space is key to integrating the benefits of yoga into each person's life.

Vicki Jeha is a Registered Counselling Therapist and Certified Breathwork Instructor based in Kjipuktuk/Halifax, Nova Scotia. With a Master of Education from Acadia University (2022), she has offered private counselling therapy since the same year.

Vicki brings both the science of the mind and the wisdom of the breath to her breathwork instruction, offering a space to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. Her practice is rooted in Pranayama Sadhana, a style of yogic breathing she studied with her teacher, Engel Pherceydes, of Qualicum Beach, BC.

In her 60 minute classes, breathwork is a gentle path toward calm, restoration, and nervous system relaxation, that also teaches you skills you can bring home with you.

Wendy helps women build strength, reconnect with their bodies and move with confidence. Her work combines holistic health coaching, strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, mobility, and pelvic floor and core workouts.

A mother of three, Wendy brings her own recovery experience to her teaching. After living with incontinence, prolapse and diastasis recti, she restored her bladder control, resolved her prolapse symptoms and reduced her abdominal separation to a small opening at her navel. Her own recovery inspired her to complete further training in pelvic floor exercise and help other women build strength and confidence.

Through welcoming classes and workshops, Wendy offers gentle, progressive exercise for women after pregnancy and beyond. She teaches breathing techniques, pelvic floor awareness, pressure management and strengthening, helping women feel more supported and confident in everyday life.

Studio and rentals

Before your first class

What style of yoga do you offer?

Our classes vary and may include gentle movement, slow flow, restorative practices, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. Each class is designed to help you build awareness, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.

Do I need yoga experience to attend?

Not at all. Classes welcome beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Modifications and options are offered throughout, so you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for your body.

What if I'm not flexible?

You don't need to be flexible to practice yoga. Many people start because they want to improve flexibility, mobility, strength, and body awareness. Yoga is about connecting with yourself, not achieving a particular pose.

What should I bring to class?

We have yoga mats, blocks and bolsters. It's a good idea to bring a towel and a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class begins to settle in, get comfortable, and connect with the space.

Can yoga help with stress and anxiety?

Many people find yoga and breathwork help them feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to their bodies. Yoga isn't a replacement for mental health treatment, but it can be a valuable tool for emotional wellness and nervous system regulation.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give at least 12 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full class fee, because our small classes have limited spaces.
